Please note, all of our pans have a carefully engineered concave built in. This is normal with all heavy based iron and steel pans, to allow for movement when heated.

Until now, our AUS-ION™ pans were sold Raw or with a Satin finish (lightly pre-seasoned), ready for your at-home seasoning. With Quenched™, we’ve done the oven seasoning for you. Your Quenched™ pans will come with a strong black seasoning foundation, so you can get cooking straight away. It’s never been easier to make the switch to healthy, sustainable iron cookware!
THE PROCESS
Quenched™ seasoning involves sandblasting each skillet, then heating to a precise temperature, before quickly dunking it in a chilled tank of rice bran oil (one of the best oils for seasoning). The oil is instantly transformed, into a strong inert, non-toxic, natural cooking surface. Start cooking straight away, or do a little extra stovetop seasoning to achieve a non-stick surface, FAST!
Dunking a hot pan into cold oil creates turbulence, which can result in some colour variations on the pan. Remember, this is real, natural seasoning, not a synthetic coating!

Note: Orders with more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, dependent on the particular item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be in the original package.
